Guide prices, subject to a written scope. All totals shown exclude third-party charges and any applicable VAT; tax treatment and the final total are confirmed before you commit. Growth prices are starting points, not fixed quotes.
TWO DIFFERENT ARRANGEMENTS
ONE-OFF BUILD
The price covers the agreed website build, reviews, launch checks and handover. The proposed payment schedule is 50% to book the project and 50% after approval, before launch and handover.
Third-party software, fonts or media retain their own licence terms. A proposal may use different milestones for a larger project.
MANAGED MONTHLY
The setup fee is paid when the project is booked. The 12-month subscription starts when the website launches. It covers the agreed build, hosting, care and up to 30 minutes of small content edits per month.
This is not interest-free instalment finance: ongoing services are included. Renewal pricing, notice and any early-exit settlement are confirmed in the written agreement before signup. There is no automatic checkout or binding purchase on this site.

24-month estimates assume you keep the selected services at today’s guide rates. They are not a price lock or a requirement to renew after the initial managed term.

Describe what you needBEFORE YOU COMMIT
Four distinct content pages, such as Home, Services, About and Contact. Extra service pages, policy pages and large content imports need to be listed in the agreed page scope. A page is not an unlimited amount of content or functionality.
A consolidated set of feedback on the presented design within the agreed brief. Corrections to work that does not meet the agreed specification are different from requesting a new direction. Extra design rounds or new requirements are quoted before proceeding.
The setup fee is due at booking. The 12 monthly subscription payments start at launch. Content delays, project cancellation and work completed before launch are addressed in your written agreement.
You can continue with an agreed monthly service or request handover after the minimum term and all due payments are complete. Exportable site files and business-owned accounts can be transferred. Third-party subscriptions, migration work and platform restrictions may affect the move.
The headline monthly rate assumes a 12-month commitment. Any early-exit charge or settlement must be specified in the agreement before you sign. It is not an unrestricted cancel-anytime plan during that initial term.
Your domain should be registered in your business’s own account. For one-off builds, handover follows full payment. For managed plans, transfer follows the agreed minimum term and full payment. Third-party tools and media remain subject to their licences.
These are guide packages, not binding offers. You receive a written quote with deliverables, fees, tax treatment, external costs, payment dates and terms before work begins. The Growth package and support starting rates vary with scope.
Search-ready structure is included in a website build. Search positions, traffic, enquiries and revenue are not guaranteed. Ongoing content and SEO work are separate services.
